Innovation
Ark is constantly pushing the boundaries of possibility in retail lighting innovation. Our intelligent lighting products offer retail-targeted features, including variable colour temperature output and built-in trackers that collect foot traffic data for specified products or zones of our clients’ premises.
Design & Aesthetics
Every Ark project is centred around bespoke lighting designs, created in collaboration with our clients to achieve their commercial goals. Each design comes with a J6 and lux level report upon request. We work closely with our product manufacturers to continually adapt and improve product design and maximise efficiency.
Collaboration
Innovative retail lighting can’t be dictated by a corporate one-size-fits-all solution - but a purely creative, boutique design is unlikely to satisfy a brand’s strategic objectives. Collaboration is essential to Ark’s approach. We work with our clients to find the balance between light and dark, corporate and creative.

Warranty & Maintenance Programs
Ark promises a robust warranty and client support service. We prioritise open channels of communication to find efficient resolution, and offer an ongoing maintenance program with the aim to refurbish older LED fittings to divert waste from landfill, whilst preserving aesthetics and extending product lifespan.
